A save editor is available for Resident Evil 4 HD for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
It works with all versions of the game. EUR, US, JAP. But ONLY with the latest update as of 11.24.2016, which is 1.06.
You can buy the game on all major gaming websites and local stores.

☞ ▪ For Retail & Modded PS3 owners:
Both Retail PS3 owners and CFW owners can mod their own existing saves. Using a Fat-32 formated USB.
☞ ▪ Xbox 360 owners
All you need is a USB drive configured by your Xbox and the program “Horizon”.
☞ ▪ Same goes for PC users, you only need your PC on Windows.
☞ ▪ A full Tutorial after you have bought the tool will be sent to you.

I bought this tool to test if it’s a real tool, and the tool is working, really. I really edited some RE4 HD save and the game (steam version) took it in account.
BUT you should NOT buy it nether anything else here.
Why ? Because the license is too restrictive, you cannot :
– Re-install the save-editor, even on the same PC
– Re-install your windows. I do some computer repair on my free time, some customers re-install several times a year !
– Update your PC hardware (for gamers !!!)
– Use the tool offline. I am OK with the idea to restrict to solo mode only, but for a save-editor designed for solo mode only it’s strange to require internet connection to use it.
– Use the tool lifetime. As this is an online tool, there are only 1 year of use for sure. After that time, it depend the author’s will.
It’s really too much restrictions for a legit paid software.
So, yes the tool is working, but no, your should NOT buy it as it’s the WORTH license i’ve EVER used (and i’am also a developer, i tested a lot of software)

Hi,
I’m sorry you find it so restrictive, but let me add some correction to your post:
– You can re-install the editor on the same pc, or with your hardware changed, it is not a problem, you just have to request a re-installation key.
– The tool is online only so it can verify your acces right.
– It is lifetime. It’s not up to my will. The mention is there in case a new server needs to be put in place, so IF that happens, you will have to contact me to get a new editor link, that’s all. It is not 1 year of use.
